Subject: School/College Programmes – Re-opening of school/college programmes

As always, we will be re-opening a small number of programmes. You will see these from tomorrow on the website under your school badge. The closing date for these including Guidance Teacher reference will be 5pm on Friday 10th April and the application process remains the same.

If you have any queries then please don’t hesitate to get in touch through the mailbox.

Google Classroom

The following pdf documents which can be found on our website using the below link list the Google class codes for all subjects at Nairn Academy. You will see there are three files, one for BGE S1-S2; BGE S3 and Senior Phase. Pupils should only access classrooms according to their year group.

Pupils have been asked to ensure they are signed up to their relevant Google classroom for all of their subjects. If a pupil has not signed up to all of their classrooms as yet, they should do so as a matter of priority.

Once signed up, class teachers will then be able to invite parents to receive notifications for each class once work has been set. This will allow you to monitor our young people’s progress along with their teacher.

Parent/ carers should not join classrooms as this will reduce the free flow of pupils to access what they need due to the high volume of virtual traffic. Please support your child by making sure they have joined their teachers’ classes only. As noted when a teacher has invited Parents to the class, you will receive regular updates when work has been posted
